1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location. We ship with Canada Post and age verification will be required at the time of delivery.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days.
⚠️ Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal delays, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the order, and the shipping method selected.
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over 70 CAD within Canada.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@drynic.shop with the subject line: Cancellation.
- Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processed for shipping.
- Once the item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, after which the order is considered final.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey to your delivery address.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect the package, it may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.
- In the case of a returned package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
- Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, DRYNIC.shop is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- If your order has been delayed, please allow a reasonable amount of time before contacting us.
- If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at contact@drynic.shop, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@drynic.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if applicable.
9. International Shipping
At this time, DRYNIC.shop ships only within Canada.
We do NOT offer international shipping.
