1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be unopened, in as-new, resalable condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
2. Non-Returnable Items
No returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Gift cards
- Trading cards
- Clearance or discontinued merchandise
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Gift Receipt Purchases
- Refunds for merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt will be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
4. PayPal Purchases
- If you paid via PayPal and would like the refund issued to your original payment method, please provide proof of the original payment card via the matching PayPal transaction in your account.
5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. How to Return
For any return that meets our Returns Policy, you may return your online purchase as follows:
Return by Mail
- Contact our customer service team at contact@drynic.shop to verify return eligibility.
- Carefully pack your item(s) along with the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
- Our customer service team will provide a return shipping label, or in some cases, ask you to cover the shipping costs depending on the bulkiness of the item.
- Please note: You are responsible for return shipping fees, and DRYNIC.shop is not responsible for any item lost in return transit.
- Once received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
